We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

We know your shop moves fast, so we do too.
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed by 5:00 PM ET Monday–Friday or 12:00 PM ET on Saturday ship the same day.
- Orders placed after these cutoff times ship on the next business day.
- We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or major holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship directly from our distribution center in Webster, Massachusetts.
- Most orders ship via FedEx and typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
- Local New England shops often experience the fastest delivery times due to our proximity.
- Small orders under 1 lb ship via USPS and typically arrive within 1–5 business days.

Delivery Estimates & Delays
All delivery timelines are estimates. Disruptions caused by weather (including New England winter storms), seasonal volume, or carrier delays may occur. Expedited service fees are non-refundable during these carrier-related disruptions.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, contact us promptly at Tinterschoicefilm@gmail.com. We will assist in opening a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately, followed by a tracking email once your roll has been dispatched from our Webster, MA facility.

We offer a 90-day return window for all unused and unopened window film rolls. Whether you ordered the wrong VLT or changed your mind on a series, we’ve got you covered.
Instant Exchanges
Need a different roll immediately for a scheduled job? Contact us for an Instant Exchange. We will work to get the new film headed to your shop while you process your return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange:
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Film must be unused and uncut (full rolls only).
- Returns must be initiated within 90 days of the delivery date.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a roll that was damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at Tinterschoicefilm@gmail.com immediately. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you and handle the carrier claim.
